If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@vuquyart.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for the return. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request. Please note that the shipping cost for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the product received is damaged or defective, please email us at support@vuquyart.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will request you to provide us with images of the damaged/defective product and packaging. We will initiate a return or exchange as per your request and cover the shipping cost for the return. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
